Business Process Analyst (SAP Ariba)

Job Summary

The SAP Ariba Analyst is responsible for the SAP Ariba support and solution globally. This position will interact with business users, internal teams and function teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Ariba business users on all the modules of SAP Ariba.
• Validate all required integrations including temporary integration points
• Support change management and conduct end user testing.
• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
• Interact with local team and function teams.
• Work with end users to deploy the solution
• Incident management and SLA management.
• Proactively identify potential improvements that contribute to overall efficiency gains
• Issues and risk management related to location deployment
• Write Functional specifications and review with Architects.
• Perform technical and functional tests.
• Follows the governance (standards, best practices, etc.)
• Engage with the business users and internal stakeholders to capture requirements, 
• Work closely with analysts, designers, and SMEs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders associated with IT.
• Engage with the external technical and business community to brand and differentiate implementation in Schlumberger,
• Participate in technical forums and other appropriate events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in global distributed setting without supervision
• Self-driven, Proactive, Systems Thinking
• Open to travel abroad and in India on short term
