Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Perform operations and manage wellsite performance.
- Oversee field operations, including engineering design and maintenance.
- Learn well construction processes and support on-site engineers.
- Manage a crew and prepare wellsite reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
About You
Candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related science.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
