Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Develop technical and supervisory skills for service and product duties.
- Plan, prepare, and execute jobs to client specifications.
- Oversee field operations, including engineering deployment and maintenance.
- Supervise a crew or processes within a year.
- Prepare wellsite reports and conduct post-job debriefings.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A two-year technical degree or military experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think methodically and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
