Legal Intern (Rolling Intake)

Join SLB as a Legal Intern to support legal operations in Asia and the Middle East, contributing to energy innovation.

Your role

Responsibilities

• Assist with legal assistance and advice under the supervision of a Team Manager.
• Engage in contract review, drafting, and negotiation, managing contract-related records. 
• Define and manage contract risk profiles, generate reports, and participate in post-award management.
• Create and manage corporate entity documents, including board resolutions and meeting minutes.
• Provide training on contract, legal, and compliance standards.
• Participate in Legal Department training and development initiatives.
• Use and contribute to legal knowledge management systems.
• Support implementation of workflows, processes, and templates.

About you

Qualifications

• A degree in law or experience as a corporate administrator.
• Fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic, Indonesian, or Mandarin are a plus.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
