Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Collaborate with the HR Process and System Lead on various projects.
- Assist in translating documents from Russian to English and updating the payroll system.
- Support Payroll Analysts and HR Operations Analysts in performing HR transactions.
- Prepare reports in the payroll system.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Science, Psychology, Management, Business Administration or equivalent degree qualifications.
- Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
- Having exposure in SAP will be an added advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors.
- Proves intercultural adaptability and sensitivity.
- Loyalty, commitment, engagement, and confidentiality of any information pertaining to the company or its employees.
- Capacity to perform highly, both individually and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all organizational levels.
