Tech and Field Program is home to an elite group of individuals with advanced technical expertise and strong engineering skills. If you have a blend of energy, knowledge, and leadership, it’s time to put them to action in a program that redefines “hands-on” experience. Program participants work as field engineers for 18 months at an international location. During your time in the field, you will install, operate, and troubleshoot proprietary equipment and solutions under a variety of conditions. Schlumberger serves customers year-round in all climates, terrains, and weather—and so will you. After 18 months, you’ll transition to a technology center where you will apply your field experience to designing, developing, and deploying the most advanced solutions and equipment in the world. The unique blend of on-the-ground knowledge and tech-savvy you’ll glean from the program keeps Schlumberger on the leading edge of oilfield technologies.
